If you’re a talented cook or you know someone who is, don’t miss the chance to win two tickets to Italy in the new “Vola in Cucina” competition run by IL GLOBO.
From today until August 2, readers can send in their favourite recipe, one of which will be the winning ticket to a dream holiday in Italy.
Dishes can be anything, from an antipasto to a main, side or dessert, from a family favourite to an original invented by you.
Recipes can be submitted in Italian or English, and you must specify the course, ingredients, method and the Italian region from which it derives (if applicable).
We welcome you to submit the recipe along with a photo or yourself and your dish.
Recipes can be sent with the entry form found in IL GLOBO, via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.

A selection of the recipes will be published on the “Sapori” page in every Thursday edition of IL GLOBO, from May 10 to August 2.
Each week, one of the featured recipes will receive a Hoyts hamper valued at $250.
The winner of the main prize - two economy tickets to Italy courtesy of Emirates - will be drawn on August 8, 2018.
The winner will be announced in this year’s Buona Cucina Italiana magazine, on August 23, 2018, and the winning recipe will be published as well.
The flights depart from Australia and arrive in Rome.
Tickets are valid for one year and seats are subject to availability.
