• 200g almonds, chopped
• 150g dark chocolate, chopped
• 200g butter
• 180g sugar
• 4 eggs
• Pinch of salt
• Icing sugar
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Combine ingredients in a large bowl and stir well.
3. Pour cake mixture into a greased cake tin and bake for 35-40 minutes.
4. Remove from oven when the cake is still slightly moist in the centre.
5. Dust with icing sugar and serve.
